If you have an inspiration photo, please email to sales@rusticallysigned.com with your order number and "CUSTOM REQUEST" in the subject line.
You MUST submit an email with the following information:
- frame stain colour
- font colour(s)
- background colours
-description of the desired design
If this information is not received within 48 hours, your order will unfortunately be cancelled. Please ensure this step in completed to avoid delays
We will reach out to you via email to come up with your final design prior to beginning your sign
All signs will be ready December 20th. Should you require a rush, please contact us prior to placing your order. Once your sign is complete, you will be notified for pick up via email
